I am 60 years old. I have been suffering with a bloated stomach, terrible gas, and stomach pains. I have tried everything I read especially to get rid of the gas. I thought I would try Probioshield to see if I could maybe get lucky. It took a couple of weeks but all of my symptoms have gone away. I have not had 1 bloating episode or any stomach pains since I started taking it. I still have a little gas now and then but it is very little. Hi, I started on Probioshield 2 weeks ago, taking 1 tablet a day. Have since increased it to 2 tablets a day in the last few days and are now noticing an improvement in the amount of acid reflux I'm getting. In another week or so, I will be increasing it to 3 tablets a day and I'm sure with the progress I have seen so far that will make a great difference. Apart from the less acid reflux, my mouth tastes so much better.

I had a total hysterectomy in February, which gave me lots of time to read. My biggest issue was constipation, so when I read about bio shield, I thought I would give it a try. I have Always craved chocolate and always had plenty around. So my body was over flooded with sugar, which could be why I was having issues with constipation. Yes, my stomach feels a lot better. I have only been taking ProBioShield one month but the results are very noticeable, especially that I don't have difficulty with bowel movements and constipation is not there anymore. I was to the stage that my doctor had told me to take milk of magnesium at night, which I actually did not have to do. I still get some stomach aches and acid reflux has been chronic for such a long time that I believe it will take a little longer. I am now having some problems with gas, but I hope this goes away too. I did order 4-bottles, so I will have supply for at least three more moths.

I see no particulars in sending a response to ProbioShield so this is what I am doing. Yes, I have taken the product for 30 days. I was impressed with the information I read and it seemed a more quality product in many ways – the amount of cultures, the fact that it was a capsule vs. a tablet and why this mattered. I myself, have a very complicated system it would seem, having suffered with one or another stomach problem since I was about 12 years of age. I celebrated my 80th birthday today. The stomach problems persist, some new and some of the old ones getting stronger, bouts of diarrhea, constipation, severe and I mean, severe, abdominal pain. I have had good doctors but they have been unable to find the real problem and put an end to this ceaseless situation. What is the number 1 thing ProbioShield did for me? This would be, it solved an aggravating yeast problem. I will be telling my dermatologist and she can stop having me try this and that of her recommendations. As far as the stomach problems, if anything, they are not any better, some worse and happening more often. I am keeping my empty bottle for awhile and we’ve ruled out more of “the list”.

I have taken probiotics before in my life, however I do honestly believe that your preparation with multiple colonies and 25 million "good bacteria" in each capsule made a huge positive difference in my health.

I had been experiencing some esophogeal problems for which I had to undergo a barium swallow which was a test I really did not want to do but medical care today is test oriented with a computerized diagnosis and I needed to do something to stop the morning nausea I had due probably to some type of reflux. No medical treatment was offered.

When I used your product, my nausea stopped. I also felt much better in general and my digestion improved for me which was something I had been dealing with for years. It took about 3 weeks to see improvement in my complete digestive process but it did happen. Unfortunately I ran out of the probiotics a week later and my symptoms returned; but I knew because of this that the probiotics had worked very well. I can not order more until May 20 so I will start the process over.

I want to tell you and any readers that in the late 70's I developed a yeast infection that my OB doctor could not help me to get rid of. He did everything he could think of but for 2 years the effects of the yeast overgrowth was extremely painful and in turn I became worried and depressed. So, I know for a fact that probiotics work to eliminate many health issues. It is a good idea to continue to take probiotics on a daily basis so purchase enough so that you don't run out and have to wait like I did.

Also, the new coating on the capsules is extremely important so the capsule does not disintegrate in your stomach. It is essential that these bacterial colonies reach your intestine; actually your large intestine (colon) in order to be effective.

Follow the directions on how to store your probiotic; also essential for keeping the good bacteria alive and well.

Thank you for developing this particular probiotic. It has the essentials to make it work for anyone. Keep that 80% friendly and 20% not so friendly bacteria in check. It is a bit more expensive than other brands you may find; but chances are that inexpensive brand isn't doing anything at all for you.
